Challenge

Toby’s work runs from personal expeditions to commercial shoots for outdoor brands, in stills and in film. The site had to show that range without becoming a dump of everything, and be easy for him to keep current.

Role

  • Structure and design.
  • A Webflow build with collections for stills, motion, workshops and categories.
  • A filterable portfolio: all, personal and commercial.
  • Separate stills and motion galleries, with a showreel.
  • Workshop and talks pages, newsletter sign-up and legal pages.
  • Search titles and descriptions.
  • Ongoing changes through to 2026.

Approach

The homepage is simple: his name, “Photographer / Filmmaker” and a Watch Showreel button. Behind it sit some 35 projects, from the Matterhorn with Ed Jackson and Flash Pack in Kenya to Land Rover in Norway and South America with Levison Wood, each a page he can add himself.

Workshops have their own pages, so the site sells his teaching as well as his commissions.
